Richmond, Myles

This 2003 IFMA Rookie of the Year is getting closer to a freestyle championship with each passing year. Born and raised in California, Myles “Mylo” Richmond doesn’t have a racing background, but that hasn’t stopped him from throwing down with the world’s best freestylers.

Some of Richmond’s past accomplishments include sixth place in the X Games in ’03, along with fourth in the X Games Step-Up. His best year in the IFMA was 2005, when he finished third overall behind Jake Windham and Jeff Fehr.

“The 2005 IFMA season went great,” Myles says. “I was healthy for all of them, and I was somewhat consistent.”

Although it’s a dubious distinction, Myles was also the top rider in the points without a win, which he will be desperately searching for in 2006. No matter what, you can look forward to seeing Richmond giving it 100 percent each time he’s on the course. Check out www.mylesrichmond.com.
